Enrollment is open for 2026/2027

Independent Enrollment for the Online Academy is Open!

The big news is that we have also introduced a monthly payment plan (with zero interest) that is at a special rate if you register before July 1st. AND we have family discounts available (the more you add, the more you save). Take a look at what your per child rate is below with this new 12-month payment plan to see how great this deal is:

  1. One student is $125/student/month
  2. Two students are discounted to $112.50/student/month
  3. Three students are discounted to $104.16/student/month
  4. Four students are discounted to $96.87/student/month
  5. Five students are discounted to $92.50/student/month

This is why we say, the more you add, the more you save! We have also decided that you will be able to use your 15% discount on extra course credits—which means if you want to add in more than the 9 credits, you can do that at a reduced rate AND we will be offering 15% off Academy Insider for our enrolled students as well (currently it is discounted 10%, but we will be bumping that to 15% for enrolled students). We have heard a lot of you say that you hope to do both so the goal is to make that more accessible. That means instead of being $224.10/month, it will be $211.65/month for Insider when paired with enrollment.

Quick Notes About Enrollment

For those of you who have questions, here are some quick facts about what enrollment is and isn't.

  • Enrollment is grading and record keeping for the year
  • It is not courses: it does not include your books or your live/on-demand courses. You can do any Gather 'Round unit you own or you can also sign up for the courses and use your grading credits on those.
  • It is better than purchasing grading individually because: it is way cheaper ($125/mo vs. $179 for individual grading/unit), it includes pacing (so there will be assignments and due dates), it includes full-picture report cards rather than just individual unit reports, it includes a partially filled-in transcript for high school that you can add to, and it includes meetings with your support teacher to help with goal setting and support.
  • It will come with two separate apps: a parent app and a student app. In these apps, students will be able to upload assignments, interact with their teachers, potentially work with other students in project-based learning who are doing similar units (this will more apply for live classes), and more.

July is when you will be set up for your apps and be able to start meeting with your support teacher. You will get 3 meetings as a family through the year, one in July to plan out what units you want and get a tour (so that your teacher can set up your courses and pacing). And then another in the new year and an and-of-year meeting for progress and goal-setting. You will have access to the app from July 1, 2026 to June 30th 2027.

This is it, you guys. If you have been needing something extra in your homeschool, this might be exactly what you have been looking for. We are signing contracts now and need to know how many student licenses we need, so the sooner we can get people registered, the better. I hope that the payment plan makes it easier for budget forecasting and also more accessible.

Is what I'm doing enough? Let's take a moment for a little disclaimer lest this is taken out of context and someone accuses me of a works-based salvation doctrine—something I am emphatically not saying. I am not asking this question about salvation, but rather about my focus and priorities. As a homeschooler, my "enough" gauge is all about what and how much, baselines and improvements. As a mom, it is about connection and discipline, my children's character and the peace in our home. As a...

Alright, lets talk. This past weekend, Jonathan and I took our teens and some of their friends to a youth conference in Atlanta (if you don't follow me on socials, go check out some footage we got here). All I can say is, this generation is hungry. They worshipped, they wept, they prayed for one another . . . they were there for it. I have been getting asked, "In just a short conference, is there really any change that will come from it?" I get it, the big flashy conferences with all the hype...

Obviously from my email last week, you have a pretty good idea that I'm asking a lot of questions right now. I'm evaluating priorities, I'm considering the cost, and I'm doing a whole lot of listening. I don't know what else to say other than that I feel the fear of the Lord over everything I do right now. How much time am I spending on my phone? What am I saying yes to? What am I saying no to? Did I ask the Lord? Flippancy is slowly dying over here as I find myself swung into extreme...
